[6] Action for Violet/Everywhere [Fourth Wall Event]
[Blake is in his apartment minding his own business when there's a flash of light.]
When it fades, nothing seems different for a minute. All's normal and as it should be, everything in its place. After a second, it sinks in. There's something that's been out of place for months, and all of a sudden the feeling of nakedness is gone.]
[He pats his side, and there's the good, reassuring weight of his gun, right where it should be. He takes it out to give it a look over, and it's exactly as he remembers it. He puts it back and feels more himself than he has since he got to this damn place.]
[That's when he notices there's a lot of strange noises outside.]
[Blake opens the door and steps out.]
[He takes a good look at around.]
[He thinks it over.]
Nope.
[He turns around to go back inside.]

[action]
And also part of why, when Jack finally steps off the edge, he stops only a few feet down, the wind keeping him happily suspended over nothing, but laughing hard enough that he's not sure he isn't going to have some sort of event.]
[action] 1/2
Holy shit!
[action] 2/2
[stops in midair.]
[Blake stumbles to a halt, staring up at him]
What the fuck?!
Stop laughing!

I told you. It's magic~
no subject
[Blake jabs a finger at him accusingly, and yeah, maybe is feeling a little bit childish right now]
That was on purpose, asshole!
no subject
He tosses off a jaunty and teasing salute. His work here is done.]
Now don't go forgetting how that feels, you got it? I don't wanna have to come back and make you remember how to be a real boy again.
no subject
[Strangely enough, he does feel...different. Like this is a fun cartoon kind of crazy and not a curl up in a ball and tear your hair out kind of crazy.]
All right, all right.
[waves his hand]
Now get down from there.

[His tone isn't nearly as mocking as it was. He's almost proud of Blake for remembering he was actually human.]
But no can do. I've been stuck here long enough with no powers. You know how many snowball fights I still have to start? Busy busy.
Let's go, wind!
[He waves one more time as the wind picks up, a few last snowflakes finding their way totally accidentally down Blake's collar.
In a few minutes, the sky should clear off nicely, and within an hour or so, the snow will be completely gone in the heat again.]
no subject
[A few minutes later, Blake is looking up at the cloudless sky, the damp patches on his shoulders steaming gently.]
[After a rare, long while of thought, he comes to a conclusion:]
Huh.
That was something, all right.
[He goes back inside. He grabs a beer and settles down to let whatever it is that's going on blow over.]
[He flicks through TV channels and, after a while, settles on cartoons.]
[Hell. You don't have to be an adult all the damn time.]
