Clair didn't invite any of the Johto/Kanto Gym Leaders to Prom, so Chuck's sadly not attending. ):

But I can definitely forward date something for a couple days before prom if you'd like! Chuck could ferry her out to Cianwood (or anywhere else!) for the training session, so it'd be around Prom, but not conflicting with it.

Also slow is not a problem!
