Sociopath, yes.] There are not nearly as many people as there should be, especially taking into account the number of aliens that appear to be here. Where are all the elders? Why are there so many children? Why are children sent out with virtually nothing besides a lunch and a Pokemon? Where are all the fathers? Even acknowledging the transport of severely wounded people to PokeCentres, wouldn't you expect there to be some deaths-by-accident out in the wild? Why are the only people ever reported missing those from other worlds?
