Cop fights ninja thief over and over, with added backstory if you read instead of watching. I haven't heard of those movies, but that's not surprising. A lot of really old ones are kept in vaults and only taken out for new copies extremely rarely, because the prints are so damaged and fragile that anything could destroy them.
